UV LIQUID NITROGEN STERILIZATION

Liquid Nitrogen is a low temperature element widely used in the food industry for its special qualities: it creates a barrier between the product and the surrounding oxygen (protected atmosphere), keeping it fresh and safe.

Viruses (included Covid-19), bacteria and spores coming into contact with liquid nitrogen (or nitrogen vapours) are instantly frozen, contaminating the gas. It is difficult to assess the contamination load of liquid nitrogen before use.

NTERILIZER's UV technology sterilizes liquid nitrogen just before use for any application.
